Shango's was a wonderful experience. I had the Jerk Chicken Nachos, which were amazing. They were so good, I forgot to take a picture lol. The menu had an excellent selection of choices, it was hard making a decision which is a good thing. I'll definitely be back to try something else. Additionally the service was excellent, the employees were kind and quick to help and provide explanations.
the owner is super nice and every time i come here he makes conversation with you. you can tell he really cares for his business and food!
I absolutely love this place! I only come to Factory 52 for these tacos. My favorite are the mushroom tacos—such a delicious vegetarian option, and I really hope they stay on the menu. The food is always fresh and amazing. I can definitely see this place expanding to more locations in the future. Keep up the great work!
We love eating at Shango's every time we go to Factory 52! The food is always delicious and is perfect to share! Portions are large and you will definitely NOT leave hungry. The staff is always friendly and super helpful if you're stuck between a few different items. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu!

The food, professionalism, and friendliness of this establishment is top tier!! Everything I’ve ordered from here has been absolutely delicious. I most recently ordered the jerk wings and wish I could drive from Colerain to Norwood everyday to order more. My husband’s jerk quesadilla was wonderful too. So delicious!!
Great experience! Went for the 50k Giveaway of a popular Cincinnati Food Influencer. I got one free Taco but couldn’t help ordering more. We got a couple more tacos to try and some Birria. Each order came with a side of hot fresh tortilla chips and a spicy salsa ( There was DEF Habanero ) in there. We tried the wayward Nanny Taco ( jerk chicken) , the Al Pastor and the one with Griot. I’m growing in enjoying fusion restaurants and this helped. The tacos were flavorful while still uplifting creative Caribbean flavors. I will be back again and the Blue Dreamsicle Drink was nice and SWEET
Absolutely incredible food that is only surpassed by their absolutely incredible service!!! They were apparently testing a QR code for a few hours the other day at their location in Factory 52... I had saved it and tried to order delivery from it tonight. What I didn’t know is that they had stopped using the platform that the QR code linked to after the first 5hrs of it being operational because it had payment processing. They drove my order out to me even though they had cancelled the service I had tried to order through and let me pay via Apple Cash! Absolutely incredible, good people with incredible service and fantastic food to match!
